Action from the City Needed to Better Manage Traffic at the 79th & King Drive Intersection

We, at the Chatham Avalon Park Community Council, feel that the City of Chicago Department of Transportation, should, in light of the strong possibility that Chicago would be awarded the 2016 Summer Olympic Games, act in a pro-active manner and plan for the congestion and traffic gridlock that will occur on a massive scale for the prime intersection of Chatham, namely, 79Th & King Drive.
