Thomas is the Senior Director of the Office of Business Diversity & Civil
Rights. Ms. Thomas has over 17 years of experience in supplier diversity,
working with small business owners to develop business skills and acumen. She
has worked to ensure minority, women, and small business owners have the
adequate knowledge and motivation to succeed in today's market place.
Ms. Thomas
is also a professional public speaker. The success of her often filled to
capacity events can be attributed to her innate southern charm, creative energy,
and direct approach. Through her speaking engagements, it is her hope to spread
