Burnham Park - Morgan Shoal Lakefront Planning Greetings! The Chicago Park District would like to invite you to participate in a planning of shoreline protection, and park improvement along the lakefront, between 45st and 51st street, also known as Morgan Shoal. The meeting will be held on Monday, December 15th at 6:30pm at Mandrake Park,3858 S Cottage Grove Ave. The goal of this meeting is to provide an overview of the project and to collect input from the community to inform us as we move the park's design and recreation features.
