Chatham MMRP- NeighborWorks Day 2015

Celebrate NeighborWorks Day in the Chatham MMRP on June 6th, 2015!
Chatham MMRP supporters:

On June 6, in communities across Chicago, neighbors are coming together to celebrate NeighborWorks Day, which is a fun day of service where family and friends volunteer to improve their neighborhoods. As the lead organization for the Chatham Micro Market Recovery Program (MMRP), Community Investment Corporation is planting flowers on the corners of 5 intersections to beautify the neighborhood and to build community.
Volunteers are essential and your support is needed to beautify all 5 intersections. Join us and invite family, friends, co-workers as well as neighbors to celebrate this day. Spread the word by posting the attached flyer on social media and forward this email as well to further spread the word. If you plan on attending, please notify Travis and Jourdan. After planting, we will conclude our day with a community BBQ at 81st Street and Maryland Avenue.
Refreshments and food will be provided along with gardening supplies! Feel free to bring your own equipment if it is available.
