ComEd reopening satellite sites to continue administering its CARE funds to eligible customers
Are you past-due on your electric bill and have a financial hardship due to job loss, illness, military deployment, disability, or as a senior citizen? If so, you may be eligible for assistance through ComEd's Residential Special Hardship program.

Income-eligible, residential customers can apply once every two years for grants of up to $500* based on need and availability of program funds.

Temporary satellite locations will be open across Cook County September 14th through 25th, to assist customers with Residential Special Hardship applications. The Chicago Violence Reduction Solution Summit


The Human Capital Experts are proud to bring The Chicago Violence Reduction Solution Summit to Chicago for the first time. The Chicago Violence Reduction Solution Summit will provide proven solutions to reducing violent crime and repeat offending amongst the minority youth population between the ages of 14-17.

The summit will take place at Corliss High School, 821 E 103rd St in Chicago on September 19th from 9:00 am - 11:00 am. It will be featuring:

Community Gang Awareness and Education Course I
Join the office of Cook County State's Attorney Anita Alvarez and the Chicago Police Department for Community Gang Education and Awareness Course!
This four-week course is designed to inform you about gang issues in the 6th police district.
The course is on Wednesday evenings in the month of October (7, 14, 21, 28). It will be at Urban Partnership Bank located 7801 S. State, 2nd Floor, Chicago, IL. from 6:30 pm - 8:00 pm.
