We as community residents, apartment dwellers, homeowners, need to turn off our security systems, unlock our security gates, bring in our secrurity dogs, meet our neighbors, and engage people within our community. That would be a beginning.
Riff-raft is police-involved, court-involved, formerly incarcerated youth and young adults, 16-39 who do damage to public and private property and residents of the neighborhood, usually with no conscience, care or shame.
So can you show me the differenc ebetween riff raff, and law abiding young adults inour community?

I also ask the question...DEFINE "riff raff". I have heard that term thrown around, and would like a more precise definition...photos even!

At least there are no surveillance cameras in the suburbs!
