Condolences

The President of the Chatham Avalon Park Community Council, grieves the loss of his dearly long-time beloved friend Billy Below, son of Willie and Elizabeth Below, brother to Shirley Below Spriggs, husband to Toni Below, father of Damon and Dana, and grandfather of many grandchildren, and long-time member of Chatham community and St. Dorothy's Parish. He will be greatly missed. We extend our condolences to the family. Funeral arrangements are as follows: the wake will be at 6:00 P.M. and the funeral will follow at 7:00 A.M. at St. Dorothy's Church, 450 East 78Th Street on Friday, February 26, 2010.
