itinerary and for international travel, intra-country flights as stated in the
itinerary, unless otherwise stated in the
itinerary.

*Entrance fees
and donations to museums, galleries, and other venues as noted in
itinerary.
*Specific meals as noted in the
itinerary.
*Hotel Accommodations at a 4-Star or 5-Star hotel
when available, by location.
*Airport Transfers on
international flights.

Exclusions
*Fees for applicable visas,
entry/departure, passports, baggage, personal gratuities, meals and beverages
not mentioned in the itinerary, and travel insurance, unless otherwise noted in
the itinerary.
*U.S. domestic
airfares.
*Personal phone calls, faxes or other personal
items, like laundry or dry cleaning.
Refunds
and Cancellations
*All cancellations for any reason
whatsoever will be subject to a forfeiture of the entire
deposit/person.
*Cancellation from 120 to 75 days prior to
departure will result in forfeiture of 10% of the entire cost of the trip per
person.
*Cancellation from 74 days to 30 days will result in
forfeiture of 50% of the entire cost of the trip per
person.
*Cancellation from 29 days prior to departure will
result in forfeiture of 100% of the entire cost of the trip per
person.
*All cancellation requests must be submitted in
writing to Obsidian Arts Center.
