Do You Need a Replacement Medicare Card? The Social Security Administration has a new online service that lets Medicare beneficiaries get a replacement Medicare card if their old one has been lost, damaged or otherwise needs to be replaced. If you need a replacement card, log in to your "my Social Security" account to request one. Your replacement card will arrive in the mail in about 30 days. Learn how to create a "my Social Security" account if you don't already have one.
