Provide
enthusiastic, positive customer service to all guests and reinforcement/guidance
to fellow employees. Through effective customer service and sale strategies,
Luxury Sales Associates ensure excellent shopping experiences for all
travelers/guests and help achieve store sales
goals.
Provide
all services as contracted by the customer including reservations, ticketing,
baggage processing, check-in, jet way operation, greeting passengers, VIP
services, provide special passenger assistance, handle customer complaints and
other duties as assigned. Bilingual language skills

and maintain operational excellence to meet or exceed established budgeted
