Clearly the blogger didn't make it to the Aldermna's meeting, which had a variety of burglars, most of whom were older than 40.
Maybe she/he should post the summary, so we know how to prevent burglaries in our neighborhood.
At any age in Chatham, it's blacks and their crime wave...and naturally, of course--the evil of the people!
