Change Wal-Training

Change Wal-Mart Organizing Training

Date: October 24
th, 2013

Time: 6:00pm-7:30pm

Train to help workers organize and Adopt-a-store!

Where: Chicago Jobs with Justice

333 S. Ashland Avenue

Joins us in organizing workers for respect!

Food will be provided!

Wal-Mart workers across the country are coming together to fight for better wages, better working conditions and the right to organize. Because of Wal-Mart workers Wal-Mart makes billions of dollars, while they deny workers access to healthcare, living wages and better working conditions. Last year CEO Mike Duke made $20.7 million, that’s more than 1,000X what the average Wal-Mart Associate makes. As community, faith, labor, students and leaders it’s our duty to make sure every worker is treated with respect.

Our meeting will include training and materials to prepare us to organize workers!
