We’re looking for all kinds of exercise success stories from real people just
like you. Here are a few stories for inspiration:
The Mercer Health and Wellness Program is a group exercise class including participants from
51 to 91 years old. They not only exercise for their health, but to be part of a
community.
Jack C. was a gold medalist in archery at the National Senior Games. He picked up archery as
a hobby in retirement and thinks of it both as a physical and mental
pursuit.
Katherine D. has
been active her entire life and now, at age 90, continues to walk at least 3
miles a day and does strength training exercises. She’s still working full time
and credits exercise for her good health and independence!
