 Different Types of Discrimination Highlighted During April's Fair Housing Month The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development kicked off this year's Fair Housing Month by launching a national media campaign. The campaign will help Americans learn about housing discrimination and what to do if they believe their housing rights are being violated. It also addresses housing discrimination experienced by Veterans, and some of the challenges people often face when trying to buy a home.
