Act: Exposing Fraud in Government Contracts
Presenters: Claudia Flores and
Juliet Berger-White
Claudia Flores and Juliet Berger-White are partners
at the Chicago law firm Hughes Socol Piers Resnick & Dym, Ltd. Claudia and
Juliet represent whistleblowers in qui tam litigation as well as counsel clients
on the employment issues related to being a whistleblower. In addition to
representing whistleblowers, they also represent clients in a broad array of
complex litigation, including class actions, employment discrimination, First
Amendment and other constitutional claims, labor trafficking, wage and hour
violations, among others. They are members of the Taxpayers Against Fraud, the
leading public interest organization dedicated to combating fraud against the
government and protecting public resources through public-private partnerships.
Claudia graduated from New York University School of Law and Juliet graduated
from Northwestern University School of Law.
