Participants MUST bring copies of the following…

 

 Proof of income (last 30 days check stubs, disability, pension, social security, death benefits, public assistance, alimony, child support, or unemployment)

 A letter explaining the reason for the delinquency and current financials (Hardship)

 Your most recent bank statements for the last 60 days (include all pages)

 2011 and 2012 tax returns, including all schedules and W2(s)

 If you are self employed, please bring your most recent tax returns and an updated profit & loss statement for the last 24 months.

 Bring recent utility bill and budget listing income and monthly expenses.

 If applicable, current mortgage statement; divorce decree; Quit Claim Deed; Death Certificate.
