Create
and build consultative, long-term relationships with their customers nationwide

their defaulted student loans. A DRS then negotiates resolutions of outstanding
student loan debt while providing superior customer service.

Responsible for providing leadership to crew and other managers during a shift
to ensure great quality, service and cleanliness to customers.
