Program Fees


1). $25 loan application fee and $1 one-time membership fee. 2). For loan amounts of $500-$2000, member must keep $100 in their savings account, for loan amounts over $2000 member must keep $200 in their savings account.
1). All potential borrowers will be charged a non-refundable $250 loan application fee unless they open an account. If they open an account, the fee is waived.
1). There is no application/origination fee.2). A $25.00 deposit in a membership share (savings) account is required to maintain a membership account.Late payment fees as needed.

Required Documents


1). Last paystub, if paid monthly or two most recent paystubs, if paid twice a month or bi-weekly or four most recent paystubs, if paid weekly or two most recent years of tax returns, if self-employed;2). Proof of Mortgage (mortgage coupon or statement);3). Employment Verification form; 4). Application portion completed, signed and dated; and5). Credit Statement completed, signed and dated. 1). GCB Energy Retrofit Loan application and personal financial snapshot provided by GCB;2). Most recent two months’ income documentation & ‘Verification of Employment’ form;3). Most recent two years federal income tax returns, with all schedules, attachments (W2s) & 4506-T form;4). Most recent two months’ bank/brokerage statements for all bank accounts; and5). Satisfactory Tri-merge credit report.
1). Completion of a loan application; 2). Credit report obtained by credit union staff for all applicants; 3). Income will be verified by paystubs or W2 form and self-employed applicants may provide 2 years of tax returns; 4). Employment may be verified by submitting a Verification of Employment form to the employer.
