The CTA Red Line Extension Coalition for its first open meeting

When:Thursday, March 24, 2016

Where: Dr. Elzie Young Community Center
9400 South Perry Street
(use parking lot side door entrance)
(a church-like structure - across the street from New Progressive M.B. Church

Time:7:00pm
The meeting will provide an overview of the following Coalition projects:
  • Community Development
  • Business Development
  • Real-Estate Investment Opportunities in the Roseland Community
  • Addressing Violence in the community
  • Financing (real estate and business Loans and Funding Resources)
  • Education and Workforce Development
  • Community Outreach

Purpose: The purpose of the Red Line Extension Coalition is to organize residents, community stake holders, organizations, and churches to engage in a collaborative approach in ensuring that as development transpires in the Roseland community, residents are able to engage in the business and economic opportunities.
Mission: "Our mission is to ensure that residents of the Greater Roseland area are aware of economic opportunities available to them resulting from the CTA Red Line Extension Project."
