Continental breakfast will be served. Presentation: The Roma - their history, treatment, lifestyle and spirituality up to the 20th century. Learn how the church is responding and working with them in the view of their treatment in modern-day Europe. Presenter: Rev. Norval Brown - former pastor of St. Mark and current pastor at Thornton UMC in Thornton, IL. Rev. Brown is well known for his presentations at many retreats and revivals. He has presented "The Roma" at several NIC Mission U conferences. Everyone is invited to attend! This event is hosted by the St. Mark United Methodist Women.
