You Are Invited! 10th Annual Housing Cooperatives Gathering A free celebration of cooperation and communities in Chicago at the Urban Juncture Incubator (a CCLF customer site) Saturday, October 15, 2015 10 AM - 2 PM We are especially excited to invite those who are exploring cooperative living and are interested in starting a new coop to a day of learning, networking and good food! At this half-day gathering, we will disucss: How to Start a Housing Co-op: From organizing and incorporating to acquiring property Development Budgets: How to set up a source& uses budget and determine feasibility for a project Other Bronzeville Coop opportunities The afternoon will end with a tour of Qumbya Housing Coop, a case study of a successful housing coop (scheduled from 3-4 PM) Space is limited so RSVP here today!
