Founders Day 2015
An inspiring afternoon commemorating the Founders of the DuSable Museum of African American History. This years program will include: guest speaker Ambassador Carol Moseley Braun, and excerpts from the play What Shall I Tell My Children? the story of Dr. Margaret Burroughs written and directed by Runako Jahi. There will be a musical performance by the renowned Whitney M. Young High School Concert Chair, and we will award the 2015 Margaret T. Burroughs Scholarship. There will also be refreshments for all.
