How about a YMCA
and a YWCA or a Boys Club
and a Girls Club built at the vacant lots adjoining the railroad tracks of Metra and the Illinois Central at 76Th Street and South Chicago Avenue to absorb all the young people in the area with a place to learn athletic skills?
