How About It?

How about bringing in entrepreneurial start-ups in high-tech to Chatham? How about giving Chatham through a City Council ordinance, local tax advantages and incentives in the initial capital formation and operation period, to set up shop in Chatham, like they do in Schaumburg and Itasca?
