Grand Crossing Park Neighborhood Network
"...What YOU can do for YOUR Neighborhood"
Back by popular demand! With the steady development of the "Greater Chatham Initiative" Plan, we are trying to cover all aspects of such long range planning & consequences. That makes this book discussion very important, as it relates to how we'll be relating to each other - or not.
Again, the discussion is on;
"The Day the Crabs Got Out: The Revival of Black America" by Dr. Eddie Taylor - a book discussion. Tuesday September 29th at Whitney Young Library, 79th & King Dr. Street. 6:00pm
Back by popular demand, Dr. Eddie Taylor will again lead a community discussion of his book centering on the ways in which we can improve community leadership, leading to revitalizing African American neighborhoods across the country. Dr Taylor's research has uncovered vital clues to our resurrection as a functioning, successful community, which has struggled against itself for far too long. The topic is excellent for community group introspection.
Free event for all.
A timely & important community discussion. If you came to the first one, come on back to finish the discussion. This may be our last chance for a free discussion in this community.
