Hey, Another Great Idea!

How about a Chatham Council for Physical Fitness? A group set up with certified physical therapists to train and promote proper and sustainable physical fitness for young and old. Leave your comments at the comment line.

This is a good community idea. Maybe having a boot camp theme. Nothing very rigorous. Just enough movement to get the blood moving.
