How to get the best service
from the City of Chicago and the office of Alderman Roderick T. Sawyer
1. if you see an issue or need
service call it in to 311.
2. request a service request
number (This number is how you can track your request and the Alderman’s Office
can follow up)
3. Wait 3-5 days (or however
long the 311 operatior told you the service would take)
4. If the service has not been
completed contact alderman sawyer’s office at 773 635-006, service@6thwardchicago.com or on the website www.6thwardchicago.com, give us the service
request number and we will follow up.
