It might be cold and dreary outside but at Friends of the Parks we will be discussing farmer's markets in the parks. Presenting are Pat Clark, market manager of the Independence Park Farmers Market and Dennis Meunier from the CPD's permit department. Pat will discuss the evolution of the farmer's market at Independence Park, how to start a farmer's market, how the volunteers manage and organize the market, and marketing strategies.
