Description

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

Assist with planning and execution of various Companywide Culture Events (Annual Awards Banquet, Messages to the Field, Spirit Parties, Gate Decorating Contests etc...), as needed.

 

Assist with assembly and shipping of various supply and/or goodie boxes for Culture events

 

Help coordinate and execute Companywide Culture Committee events, as needed.

 

Assist with writing assignments for misc. Companywide events

 

Minimum Requirements

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

High School Diploma, GED or equivalent education required.

Must be at least 18 years of age.

Must have authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986.

 

EDUCATION:

Progress towards degree in Public Relations, Communications, Recreation, or Event Planning.

Minimum junior level.

To be eligible must be currently enrolled as a full time student (minimum 12 credit hours).

Maintained 2.75 or above cumulative GPA.

 

EXPERIENCE:

Prior experience with event planning preferred, but not required.

Knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint based applications helpful.

 

SKILLS/ABILITIES/KNOWLEDGE/WORKING STYLE:

Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask required.

Ability to work well as part of a Team.

Strong writing and communication skills important.

Self-starter.

Flexibility.
