Cold weather is being suspected in the death of a man whose frozen body was found in Chatham officials said.
Vincent Hampton, 52, who may be homeless, was found at 400 block of East 87th Street in Chatham and pronounced dead at 12:55 a.m. this morning., according to the spokesman.
Preliminarily it appeared that the man had died from cold exposure but a final cause of death is pending an autopsy scheduled for Saturday, the spokesman said.
