Genesis Housing Development Corporation (GHDC) announces the expansion of its
HUD/FHA certified home ownership and foreclosure prevention programs.
GHDC is a not-for-profit housing counseling agency with 13
years of community development experience. We are
assisting homeowners by helping them get loan
modifications, get a court mediation session and understand
the foreclosure process.
There is no charge for HUD certified housing counseling.
