New Year, New Possibilities for Opportunity Youth:Our Resolution for 2018
As we quickly approach 2018 with celebrations abound and moments of gratefulness, I wanted to take the time to thank you for being a part of an impactful year at LeadersUp. Through your support, we have connected over 4,700young adults across the nation to career pathways.
This year was filled with tremendous growth as we set out with the ambitious goals to expand opportunities for communities, businesses and young adults to succeed through our Career Pathway Summits, P.O.W.E.R. Skills Trainings™and community partnerships. 2018 will be no different. Check out the video below to learn more about our audacious vision to help bridge the opportunity divide.
Vision 2020
Our resolution for this new year is clear. By 2020, LeadersUp will connect 35,000 young adults to career pathways. To accomplish this, we need your continued support, advocacy and time. Together, we will enable Opportunity Youth to maximize their full potential through an employment continuum that leads to family sustaining wages 350% above the poverty line and academic and career advancement.
Together, we will meet our vision for 2020. Thank you for being a part of our efforts and for helping to make each and every one of our initiatives possible.
