Siskel Film Center presents 'The Best of Black Harvest Film Festival'

Join The Best of Black Harvest Film Festival in Your Neighborhood!


The Gene Siskel Film Center has partnered with the Chicago Public Library to present
“The Best of the Black Harvest Film Festival” in local communities,
July 11th – August 15th.

This important expansion provides an opportunity to share with a larger audience
the full range of the Black experience as documented through the lens of a variety
of talented filmmakers. This partnership is funded by Chicago Community Trust.


The Gene Siskel Film Center will bring independent, alternative films to many Chicago
neighborhoods. Attendees can expect to experience a movie theater atmosphere
in their local communities for free. Refreshments Served.
