The Whitney Young Library was built in Chatham in 1972 and is located on the corner of 79th & King Drive. Every day the Whitney Young Library is heavily used by Chatham community residents up to 75 to 80% of capacity! Protect our viable entity, go to: chicagobudget.org to make your comments!
