Full Day Program, 7:30 a.m.-6:00p.m.
Mon.-Fri.
Free Half Day (3-5yrs only) 8:30 a.m.-
12 p.m. and 12:30 p.m.-4:00 p.m.
Mon.-Fri.
Subsidized payments through Action for
Children for those eligible.
Private Pay rates $125.00 weekly, if
family does not qualify for the free or
subsidized options
Breakfast. lunch and a snack served
daily.
Children with disabilities are welcome
Enrollment Requirements
Intake/Enrollment Appointment
Current physical (within 1 year old)
TB screening , Blood screening, Lead
Screening and Blood pressure results
must be on the physical.
Current Immunization records
Dental Exam (within 1 year old)
Original Birth Certificate
Social Security Card
Proof of Income or school schedule
(TANF, SSI, unemployment, or check
stubs)
