Do you think there should be an Off-Track-Betting parlor erected at the southwest corner of 79Th Street and State Street where the profits are used to allow for property tax relief for senior citizens in Chatham, provided they apply when they get their property tax bills biannually from the Cook County Treasurer's Office like they do in Crestwood?
