It Would be Real, Real Nice!

We, at the Chatham Avalon Park Community Council, feel that it would be great if the now abandoned U.S. Cellular store in the strip-mall owned by Mr. Park at 600 East 79Th Street could become a Quiznos sandwich shop, the vacant lot on the southeast corner of 79Th & State Streets could become a site for a new Wendy's and the old, now vacated Dominick's at 122 West 79Th Street could become a Denny's! It would be real, real nice, indeed!
